Summer Orientation Mailer 2018

Every year, I design a tri-fold brochure for the Office of Student Engagement that welcomes new students to Loyola University Maryland. It includes a detailed calendar of important events and due dates for the summer, four orientation dates to choose from, registration details, a list of additional pre-fall programs, and a list of relevant offices and support services and their respective contact information. Most years, I just update the dates/times/photos from a previous designer's layout, but this year, to reflect the new undergraduate branding, I was able to redesign the entire brochure. The brochure featured a more restrained color palette, new photos, new typography, and a new grid to accommodate more copy and important dates.
The brochure was printed on Hammermill 80# cover, scored and folded into a trifold layout. The brochure was designed to be a self mailer with tabs and addressing on the back. Typefaces include various weights of Gotham, Gotham Narrow, Mercury Display and Mercury Text.
