Callan's Foil-Pressed Deep Space Birth Announcement

I had the opportunity to design my third child's birth announcement, and I could not be happier about it! I knew that his nursery would be space-themed, so I took that theme and incorporated it into the birth announcement.
I took photos of him swaddled in a blue, starry blanket. Then I used some of my hand-drawn astronomical objects that I had previously vectorized. I decided to design a night sky in the upper part of the card, and included embellished stars and a comet. I created a planetary-like circle for the photo, so that the space objects seemed to "orbit" around him. And as a finishing touch, I used the typeface Moon for the text! It was printed with silver foil for an out-of-this-world touch.
